Sidewalk Clearing

Residents are reminded to clear the snow and ice from walkways around their home and to ensure that there is safe access to the water, power and energy meters.  This reduces the risk of slips, falls and injuries to our personnel.  Your cooperation is appreciated.

Fitness Center  Hours
The recent decision to close the Fitness Centre at the Leisure Centre at 9PM was made by management for the following reasons:

1. Patron Usage - we average less than 1 person after 9:00 pm for the months of September and October 2011. 35 of the 62 days in that period, there was no one in attendance after 9:00PM.
2. Safety – our trained lifeguards can attend to any medical issue or accident that... may occur in the fitness centre. Their shift and pool is closed at 9PM.
3. Security / Accountability – The majority of our staff is finished their shift between 9PM and 10PM, they have many closing duties to do before then. At 9PM everyone will check out of the fitness centre, minimizing any chance for damage/theft or incorrect use of the equipment.

We apologize for any inconvenience and the short notice.

The Fitness Centre is open:
Monday – Friday 6AM – 9PM
Saturday –9AM – 9PM
Sunday - 12PM – 9PM
Stat Holidays – 12PM – 5PM
